Tender Coconut Pudding
  • China grass-10 gms
  • Water-1 cup
  • Coconut water-1 1/2 cup
  • Milk maid-1/2 tin
  • Milk  -2 1/2 tin 
  • Sugar-5 dessert spoon
  • Tender coconut  slices -1 cup
  • Thoroughly wash the china grass , cut into pieces and melt  it in 1 cup of water.
  • let it cool for sometime.Add coconut water and mix well
  • Place the tender coconut  pieces in refrigerator to get solidified
  • On a stove stir condensed milk , sugar and milk .To this mixture add china grass and stir in a low flame. Pour this mixture in a bowl.
  • Now  add the   tender coconut pieces  in the bowl and can be served
